A Harvest and Hive Inspection At Church Of the Pilgrims - VIDEO

We harvested honey from the three hives we have at the Church earlier this spring, but since it had been a while since we inspected these hives, and since the right Reverend Dr. Ashley Goff:

 

 ...had asked us to check them for some more honey, we did the responsible thing and listened to her.

I wish I had gotten some video of their very lush vegetable garden which they use to feed the homeless.

I am a little disappointed in the honey production of these hives, but they are of excellent strength today so with a little nurturing this fall I hope to get three supers each from these hives next spring.
