2nd Inspection of Foundationless Frames 14 Days After Installing Bees
We checked out the two hives again to see how their production of natural comb was progressing. Still building comb, but seem to be slowing down to care for the brood being laid now. New bees should be emerging by early next week!
Loved the sting story! Hope she's OK - gotta get back on that horse!

ReplyDeleteJeff,
ReplyDeleteExplain the non use of gloves, veil and smoke ? Are your bees just really chilled or is this fairly standard in the beekeeping world ?
